Hello! :) I watched the episodes from various sites online, but if you're searching for subbed ones, I'm afraid I can't help you. I believe the reason why the subs aren't coming out quickly is the unavailability of decent raws being released, which is an incredible pity. I know it can be frustrating, but please be patient! I promise it'll be worth waiting :)

I’ll start saying that I don’t remember ever getting so much into a drama and that this might actually be my overall favorite series (with this I include all the non Japanese ones, of course) regarding this theme.
Considering the length of the series and of each episode, I think Transit Girls proves to be quite a quality show. The pace – also influenced by the time limitations – is interesting, and so are the stylistic (it’s visually beautiful and some scenes are shot really wonderfully) and sound\musical choices (The Furuya Kenji songs used as the soundtrack are AMAZING). The picks for the cast feel simply perfect. It’s almost funny how believable Keigo (Mummy D) looks as Sayuri (Sairi)’s dad, and Madoka (Reika) as Yui (Yui)’s mother – not to mention the choice for Sayuri’s dead mother, popular for her husky voice, but this is only one of the many things that denote the attention to details throughout the series. (Even something funny, such as the references to “yuri”).
Despite the setting – the step-sisters thing– being somewhat questionable of a choice, the portrayal of feelings is surprisingly (at least I wasn’t expecting it, not to this point) realistic and relatable. Sairi is particularly good at expressing a whole lot of emotions through her eyes and facial expressions. And her acting is overall really good. In a way this shadows a bit the obviously less experienced Yui who – however, despite some low points, shows very natural and spontaneous acting in some crucial scenes.
The supporting characters aren’t any less either. Mirai (Riko) in particular has been quite impressive – especially in episode 6. Keeping in mind his lack of experience, Nao (Kentarou) is a positive surprise as well.
The series manages to be light-hearted and heavy at the same time, without avoiding the contact with reality, with all that it means. Even the pain and sadness appear somewhat “beautiful”, as depicted in the drama.
Though maybe a little bit more of time (at least…let’s say, 10 episode) would’ve been ideal, I think that one of the positive things of Transit Girls resides in the way everything is packed into those 20 minutes per episode.
Aside from expressing considerations regarding all the other aspects, I honestly don’t know how someone not invested\involved\interested in the main theme may perceive the series. I really don’t.
So, though I would recommend it without any hesitation to whoever is interested in the theme, I might not be that sure to do so to someone who isn’t.
It still is beautifully done, it still has wonderful music and some great acting here and there. But I’m not sure that might be enough to some, as we all of course search for\want\react to\are sensible to different things.

In any case...All I can say (aside from all the reast I already wrote lol) is that Transit Girls is definitely worth watching, especially if you have interest (or, even better, if you are somehow involved) in the main theme.
