Not a fan of romance drama unless there's mystery/supernatural or bromance in it. Well this drama had both. It had supernatural plot line, and also a good bromance between the trio. Not my favourite series, but I still like it. Now watching Moonshine and Valentine which has similar character concept, but I prefer I am the Years You are the Stars more than Moonshine and Valentine. I think they just don't explain it in detail, but there's few zombie movies that cover up that part. The infection could spread if the blood or saliva got into their open wound, but getting it on your face is ok. As for eyes and mouth maybe they didn't get it, from what i saw that could be the case. Or like World War Z even if you get it in your mouth its ok. So i don't really bother with it because most zombie movies already show it. But yeah, the writer just don't bother with the detail
