What makes me think pat is the bottom is usually after sex, the small spoon (the one getting hug from behind, if my term is correct) is the bottom. And also pran asked how was he, which usually a top question ( but sometimes can be bottom tho, although i think usually top who asked it). And then pat answer the question lazily which usually the bottom did (or that pat have less energy than pran, i don't know). Well, thats what i think.

My theory is that they are connected in some way thats why young min can possess seung tak and seung tak can see young min. Or maybe just because their personality? One great doctor but no passion for his patient, the other care about patient but don't have the skills. So they like complenet each other
