I know Sang Woon’s character isn’t the fan favorite here, but I personally feel for her. Perhaps it’s just my interpretation of the situation. Hwal’s and the detective’s attention was on her sister. The butcher woman was fine with the Shi Ho but treated Sang Woon with suspicion. She’s not blind to the changes in demeanor even though she acts optimistic. On top of that, there’s two immortals who would very much like to murder her. No wonder she was so ready to sacrifice herself to save her sister. Currently, even among a group of misfits, she’s an outsider. And that’s just sad.

Finally! Someone who sees it as I do. That relationship was not prosperous in any way. The only thing that may remain is nostalgic attachment, which is understandable considering the amount of time spent together. Romantic love…I don’t think so.
