That part where Kim Nana dropped her sewing machine bobbin - I KNOW THAT ANNOYING FEELING! I hate it when that happens. My sewing machine is also an old one (Singer)but luckily it does not have sharp metals so the only damage I do to my fingers when getting the bobbin back is bruises.
I felt as if the writer suddenly got drunk before writing the last episode because that was what the last episode was: a drunken mess. I didn't like who she ended up with, but at least there was a twist there. I kept watching for Thunder and AT LEAST I loved how his character ended up. Either way, if you are looking for a cute drama - no strings attached lol - watch it. :)

He is adorable. I was astounded at how fluent in English he is. I guess I kind of didn't expect it since by now I am used to actors in Asian dramas having a low English speaking ability. Then again, I didn't know he had lived in Canada. :D
wow this drama has a rating of 9.12? this must be really good...should i start or wait until it airs completely?…
To see the overall picture, you have to see the whole drama. While airing, it's more sensible to rate the episodes. For me, sad or happy ending, it doesn't matter as long as I get to enjoy it. And so far, I am enjoying this drama.
And yes, sometimes is really hard to keep the hype to the end. That is why I don't support premature rating. Of course, everyone is free to do what they want in the end, so this discussion doesn't really matter.
So far, this is one of my favorite dramas. I don't know if there is going to be a Gu Family Book 2 (I don't really think so, but I'd be the happiest person if that happens). I also don't think the ending was confusing. It just meant that sometimes destiny repeats itself. All in all, 10 out of 10. :D

I am always amazed at how people rate a drama before it has ended airing. It's already 1st place and people don't know how it will end. If for some reason it has a sad ending, you'll see that rating hit the floor in no time.
Okay, I am only watching this drama because I am a fan of Thunder. (AND because it's an easy watch when I get bored) Personally, I find Gyu Ri's acting ridiculously lacking. I think those children actors do a better job than her. I don't know if her role demands that from her, but her emotions are superficial and her staring at the ground makes me want to pull her hair back so she can look straight like a normal human being.
Kay has suddenly turned from the cold, no nonsense guy to a weeping, clinging boy. I hope she goes to Alex.
I always thought that he was underrated in BOF. I always thought there should have been more of him in that drama.
I sincerely have no idea. I really like him. He was like left out in BOF and that is the only drama I saw him in. Perhaps I should watch the others as well?
I like it the drama, though Park Chan Woo's mom's character is getting on my nerves. I hate it when parents get so obsessed over their kid's potential marrying partners and think that their kids are better than others' kids. Just like your kid is precious to you, the other kid is precious to their parents as well.
