Title Who Rules the World Spoiler
I thoroughly enjoyed this drama. The ending felt a bit rushed, but overall, it had a very nice storyline. Sometimes the political parts felt dragged, but I did appreciate the effort in explaining all the intrigues. I loved the main leads' chemistry and how they were both equals in everything. When Bai Feng Xi took her role as a queen, I really loved the way Hei Feng Xi stood beside her. I laughed so much at the scene when Hei Feng Xi's father reminded him that she is a queen and he is a crowned prince so their status was not the same.

Their bickering was cute to watch and so were their tender moments. Although I think that the death of Han Pu was unnecessary as well as Lanxi trading a big portion of his life, I still appreciated the moments. I wonder what happened with the CG in the last episode though. The entire drama was greatly executed and then the last episode looked like they fired the senior editors and the intern did the editing hahaha.

I definitely enjoyed the drama and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. :)

A lot of life lessons from this one. I have a wonderful relationship with my big brother. He practically raised me. We are not the typical siblings that fight as you would expect from a brother and sister. But I am almost 29 now and I often think about moving abroad. The hardest thing would be to leave my brother behind.

I love my long hair, but damn... looking at her, I wanted to cut it as well. How can someone be that pretty? It's…
I just realized I wrote that comment you replied to 5 years ago...hahahah

(this is my personal opinion, so please, those of you who actually loved this drama, don't get too offended by it. It's all a matter of personal preference :)

I finished this drama because I wanted to honour the great acting skills of Woo Do Hwan. The guy is amazing in both roles, portraying two different characters with such ease and quality. Otherwise, for a drama that was so hyped up and that had such a big budget, I have to say, the storyline and the character development, especially the romance between the leads, was very forced. I loved the idea of parallel worlds. However, let's be honest here: There was no real chemistry between the leads and the "way they feel in love" was so groundless and lacked realism. It almost felt like she started loving him after she realized he was really a king. I basically skipped all their scenes together. Also, I am not a fan of Lee Min Ho as an actor. I feel like he always plays the same roles and he lacks real emotion that makes an actor great. When I watch his dramas, I always feel like I am watching the same character all over again. He really tried to show emotion in this drama, I will give him that, but it just didn't get to me, as always. On the other hand, I felt so much for Kim Kyung Nam and Woo Do Hwan. Also, if you ask me, the best couple in this drama was Jo Young and Jo Eun Sub. :D

Also, I don't even have to mention this, but the product placement... It was hilarious. It was too forced. It was a subtle as a gun.

If you are thinking of watching this, I'd say give it a try. The camera work is great. I enjoyed it. You might end up liking it. Who knows. As I said, we all have different preferences. Also, if you are a fan of Lee Min Ho or any other actor, you will probably survive through it. LOL I have watched worse dramas for actors/actresses I love hahaha.

How am I supposed to watch other Korean dramas after this one? I mean, the acting, the story, the ... RAWness of it all haha. I wish more Korean dramas were produced with this type of realism attached to their storylines. I really enjoyed it. I was frustrated most of the time while watching because I wanted to beat up a lot of people, but still... one of the best dramas out there.

It depends on what you consider slow. Some dramas have goals so the pace is important bc you really need things…
Same, same. Honestly, I have been watching Korean dramas since 2010 and it's hard for a plot to impress me. I also respect Nam Goong Min as an actor. He was also awesome in Doctor Prisoner. Another great drama if you haven't seem it. Totally recommend it.

Couldn't have described it better myself. It's really a masterpiece and has its own pace. :D

Seriously was looking forward to his career. He gave such an awesome performance in his last drama. The drama was such a disaster, but I kept watching because his storyline was one of the most interesting. Rest in peace. :'(

Title Hotel del Luna Spoiler
For everyone that says that this was a tragic ending: Not really.

This wasn't a tragic ending at all. I think you were just expecting the usual happy and obvious ending. The point was to show how love and relationships can transcend time, and they will meet again. Just not in this life. It was pretty realistic for a fantasy drama, and that's what made it even more memorable. As for Kim Soo Hyun, I want to know what his appearance meant. Not sure if season two or perhaps they connected it with another drama. For example (this is a spoiler for another drama), in Abyss, the characters that tragically died in The Smile Has Left Your Eyes made a guest appearance that gave us closure to that drama. So it might be something like that. But... I am up for season 2, definitely! I am sure there these two will appear to show you that it wasn't a "tragic ending".

I hadn't seen the Japanese version, but I got a feeling about what would happen towards episode 12. I gave it a 10 because the execution, the plot, and the acting were all top notch. I adore Seo In Guk, and I don't know why I put off watching the last 4 episodes, but after I saw this couple again in the first episode of the new TvN drama Abyss, I realized that I had to finish it. I think they gave us a nice conclusion of this story in that drama. <3

Ok but why didn't Deok Mi's mom go to the police instead of abandoning Yoon Jae? Perhaps he was a missing child.…
Wow, I was thinking the same thing. Why not report a missing child? I am sure they had the documents to find his parents. But still, loved the drama. :)
