Q.1 - Free unicorn is company who outsources its labour work to Teng Yue under Jiang Hu's Father management and now also it outsources labour work to Teng Yue under weng shan management. Teng Yue has factory and equipments hence it can accept outsourcing work if they don't have their own designs. Q.2 - When Jiang Hu's father were alive they were infact owners of both free unicorn and Teng yue. But now Jiang Hu only owns 49% of Teng yue. Q.3 - No Baoxing Investments owns 51% of Teng yue's shares (as far as my understanding goes). If i have made any mistake, I am sorry!
