It was very 1st episode when he did the press conference. But episode 12 seemed like it was written by a different screenwriter.

Definitely, I feel bad for a lot of the cast who have people bombarding their social media. People are pretending that Gyuri had control over the script. They overestimate how much of the control actors have and how much of the script is available at the time of signing up for the show. As we can see a lot of people are being keyboard warriors and misdirecting their anger.

Definitely, even without the political controversy the episode was the weakest part of the story. I know Argan was part of the novel but the storyline should have been setup 1-2 episodes ago. The guilt from the father(grandfather) was ridiculous. Especially, after he knows that that Hee Jo already knew about it.

My biggest question is what happened to the other hostages. We didn’t see any one else helping PSE when rescuing the hostages. We don’t see them anywhere and why didn’t rebels look for them

No they are not. As a Muslim woman, you would know that a Hijab is supposed to cover your ears, hair and neck. Whereas a scarf is only to cover your hair.

Did you watch the show properly? She went to Argan. Bastina was the name of the chapel. The chapel where the sunset spot was. Do you know what a Hijab looks like? Argan was mentioned in the 1st episode when he gives the press conference.

The wrong take from MBC/Netflix is in the last 2 minutes of the show. That is when we see the news broadcast about Paltima and Izmail. If you want to fight, watch the show properly and give proper critiques.
