Netflix does this alot with Taiwanese and Chinese dramas. For the life of me I don't know why they split them up. They don't with Korean dramas thst can clock in at 90 mins sometimes

Those kiss scenes wow! The hotel kiss scene I was like he's going to discover she's a girl. Of course we later learn he knew by then. He didn't with that scene in her bedroom. If her dad hadn't walked in. LOL

I loved it. No angst. Did have some memory loss, but it wasn't the ML or FL. His dad was funny as hell, but I did feel.bad for Zi Feng. No real SLS. Yeah I felt for the vet, but that betryal I couldn't feel too bad.

It's like they took Taiwanese drama tropes and flipped it. Like yeah we have a scene where the FL tries to run away, but the ML finds her at the airport and stops her. When he is questioning his sexuality the ML is like welp guess I'm gay. No angst just accepts that he likes another guy and keeps it movi g.

For a moment they had me thinking he was going to be the 2nd lead. It.feels like he was but maybe someone happenes and they had to nix it.

While I do love the ML I alsomshipped her with Zhang Shao Qian. I could see her choosing him over the ML. The camp scene I really felt like they could have done a major reversal. I think it would have been even better if the ML falling in love with her was his story of growth and healing , but in the in end Zhang Shao Qianis the right guy for her

And you could actually believe she could choose the 2nd lead guy. Gasp she actually had feelings for him too at the same time.

I do somewhat wish the 2nd lead could have gotten the girl. I also liked.that she had feelings for him to unlike most dramas. Dramas tend to act like you can't have feelings for more than one person at the same time or something.

It was very different from most. What's funny is I could see the 2nd lead guy getting the girl and if done right it could have worked

I loved Zhang Shao Qian. At one point I could see her chosing him. That would have been a nice reversal. But the lead did redeem himself

What ticks me of with cdramas and tdramas is they tend to have more eps. They can use that to get thecsecond lead guy in a better running and make the audience really feel that the fl could end up with him.

The cdrama? I thought it was a few months maybe a year at the most

Or they take a sip, but you see nothing

Mask and Contract Marriage fish kisses were a no go. When I saw Ju Jihoon kiss scene in Mask I was like our bae has come along way since his first kiss scene. A long way. Because This is Our First Life was another good one.
