If you are interested in well written plot and relationship development then I would suggest you Killer and Healer. They don't have kisses but lots of flirty moments 😂 and MANGO TV also officially confirms that they are husband 😂😂😂
Btw, This is my top BL actually. And it has female lead who is very nice and loveable, a total opposite of typical annoying and dumb C & K dramas female characters

Censorship, if you are not aware. In China, they do not allow same sex relationships on screen. That's why most of the Chinese BL turns into bromance. However, Killer and Healer, Guardian, and Word Honor are a few of the dramas that clearly indicate that they are lovers rather than brothers.

I don't think it's about fan service, more like because of the short time. 10 minutes is not enough to tell an entire story (sometime it works, but most of the time, it lacks in story development, even chemistry, I guess). Fan service is like a bonus. However, the main focus should be on the drama's quality, story, and acting. K-Bl sure has a unique premise, but lack of time ruins it, like you enjoy but in a few days, you will forget.
What happened with the recent announcement of Bl adaption, it will be another reason, not to watch K-BL.
