However, Killer and Healer, Guardian, and Word Honor are a few of the dramas that clearly indicate that they are lovers rather than brothers. Yeah addicted was the main reason, the BL got banned there, cause it became so popular with millions of views 😂😂

I don't think it's about fan service, more like because of the short time. 10 minutes is not enough to tell an entire story (sometime it works, but most of the time, it lacks in story development, even chemistry, I guess). Fan service is like a bonus. However, the main focus should be on the drama's quality, story, and acting. K-Bl sure has a unique premise, but lack of time ruins it, like you enjoy but in a few days, you will forget. What happened with the recent announcement of Bl adaption, it will be another reason, not to watch K-BL.
