They were the first one to work on this project, so they must have had the idea popularity of this series and book. If you have watched Killer and Healer, actor of this drama at first it was hard for him to get into Chen Yuzhi's character (it was the first time, he was about to play this kind of character), he practiced so hard and others supported him well, his co-actor, director and then outcome was wonderful ❤️❤️
