In my world, the FL ends up with SML (yes, I like the SML more than the ML) and the ML and LSB end up alone but successful.... but the reality says that the FL and ML will end up together, and the SML with LSB will also end up together....just the fact that they are pairing the SML with LSB makes me not want to watch this k-drama anymore (the actress played her character so well in Study Group but she is not so likeable here). It is not that LSB is bad...she can be nice in her own childish way but not for the SML...not even the age gap bothers me but it feels like they are a huge mismatch...but then again, we can already see the director/scriptwriter are already pairing the SML with LSB...I will re-think if I want to continue watching this drama...deep inside, I am starting to feel the SML is drawn to LSB ...oh well....this K-drama is simply too predictable for my taste...
I finished it!!!...normally I am very positive and usually I give good ratings....but what a big disappointment was this otherwise promising drama!!!...(all characters have many flaws but I will talk just about the ML/FL)...I was initially totally enchanted and captivated by the ML's strong morals and principles only for him to go the the lowest possible right in front of my eyes, and yes...he was not really forced to sell himself but he DID!!!..I even think he enjoyed it at one point because of how easy the obsessed lady got away with everything!!!...particularly the last goodbye kiss to the lady...what was that???? Do not tell me you kiss someone you do not love at all like that and that you kiss like that out of gratitude!!! pleaseeeee.!!!!...Actually, he seemed to have enjoyed it...half way the drama, it all started to go downhill for me...it was a promising drama unlike many Thai dramas that are only about cheating, screaming, killing, bullying and more cheating...for once I thought...oh!! we have such a nice ML that no matter what will stand his ground and beliefs in the name of the love he has for the FL (ok, then there would be no plot but the director/screenwriter could have made it so that we could see his deep torment for doing something morally and ethically wrong), but how wrong I was!!....I am so deeply perturbed by the ML's actions and to a certain extend by the FL's actions allowing all this....I would still recommend this drama if you really like this type of plot but it is not one I would re-watch...I hope to see a better character development for the ML in a different role/drama...I love the lead actress though, ever since I saw her in My Forever Sunshine...such a cutie.. Ok this is just my personal opinion so do not take the above so seriously..it is just for fun! :)
So far so good, I really like this Lakorn...I stopped watching Thai dramas because there was too much domestic violence and screaming, etc....but this one is an exception to the rule....in this one they actually talk and communicate without screaming or being excessively strident and ultra violent...As to the plot...well...sad the ML sold himself in the end to a rich lady...if that is not prost*****n, then I do not know what it is....he went against all of his own principles and high moral even though he claims to love the FL......sad the FL pushed him in a way towards that due to her own circumstances......husbands are a bunch of cheaters...wives go only by appearances...love seems to be expandable...obsessive woman, can't deny it...this drama has all the ingredients to be actually entertaining....love the actress playing the FL...liking the actor playing the ML..never seen him before....so far so good...
You are right but didn't the fl married for shares If for revenge then there was no any scene were she is finding…
I think she was using the shares as an excuse to make it all happen in front of her uncle because she is certain that he killed her father but she has no solid proof...I do believe we need more explanations regarding this marriage and how it relates to her uncle...I know she said she married for the sake of the shares but clearly there is more than meets the eye...of course, it is just speculation...let us see how this evolves! there could be a plot twist coming up! who knows so let us enjoy as more episodes come!!
The FL has not slept with her so called husband, as far as I can tell....it's 0 love and 100% business ...I'm not a fan of the FL but she has not given in one bit to her husband...people here may hate her and call her w!""Β£ but both SML and FL knew it was just pure business and nothing else from the start...it is just the husband who started to have feelings for her when he coincidentally found out she loved the ML.....nahh...the SML does not deserve the FL (she has a huge motive for her actions which is to find out about her father's death and this was more powerful for her at one point than her love for the ML...yet, it turns out that seeing the ML hurt, hurts her more and she has realized she'd rather be with him and lose everything than losing him..she did go to him when he asked her but she was literally taken away)...another story is if the FL deserves our ML....whether we like it or not...FL and ML are in love....I will give her and the ML a chance...
I'm on the start of ep2, but why on earth have they made her so silly, it's uncomfortable to watch lol she lost…
It was annoying for me in the very beginning but now I regret those feelings...SHS's acting has really touched me, particularly in episode 8...I am crying my eyes out with the whole story...now all the silliness and nonsense in the beginning make total sense. Mental health issues is not a joke and though the start seemed messy, now little by little things are starting to come into the right place...
I'm utterly disappointed in Saruj. His behaviour has so far been highly questionable. Cheewan may be immature (let's say due to her young age) but the scriptwriters are making Saruj look disloyal, shady and trashy. After professing his unwavering love to Cheewan multiple times, he goes running again and again towards the ex and even openly admitted if it hadn't been for Cheewan he would have chosen the ex...what is that FGS!!!...I was rooting for Cheewan and Saruj but ep15 made me realise she is way better without him...he is the immature one, the mentally weak one... even if Cheewan and Saruj get together in the end, I will remain with this bitter taste in my mouth that he does not deserver her... and Cheewan blaming herself for this awkward situation Saruj and the ex are in (preview ep 16)....it killed me...it really sucks....how disappointing this drama has been in the last episodes...... also, the inconsistencies are staggering... e.g. the Phum/Cheewa duo....
I started laughing so hard when XJL ran away from the venue faster than the speed of light π€£π€£...all the love he claimed he had for MCH was just dust in the wind! he just proved MCH was right all along...XJL reminds me of Sonnet 116 (Shakespeare)...."A love is not love which alters when its alteration finds or bends with the remover to remove...". MCH is so better off without him (though I have never thought he is a bad person...he just lacks a backbone). And YZM, ...welcome to the road of change (unbeknownst to him and for the better). He is so much drawn to MCH and that, his grandma and HD can already clearly see though YZM is not ready to admit it. Whatever underhanded plans he has that involve MCH, they will fail and will backfire, I bet, when he finally realizes he has fallen in love with MCH first and even dare say fallen harder for her. As to her mother, indeed all she has done is due to her own frustrations...but the foundation in their relationship is strong enough to withstand this big issue though it will take a while for them to get back on the right track. MYX and MCZ are sweetie-pies..great support for MCH....this drama is getting better and better every day!!
The story is exceptionally beautiful and realistic, giving so many valuable life lessons.
Totally agree with you...as I mentioned earlier, I'm really surprised at how realistic it is...even in smallest details are shown very realistically...further, I can really relate to the FL...this is an excellent drama with many life lessons to learn, as you say!
some people wants instant romance and some hates mother too much to watch.
I'm actually surprised how realistic this drama is...I love the fact that the main leads do not fall in love instantly which is most of the time unrealistic in many dramas...for them it will be a slow process and I am ready to witness how their relationship develops......she had a 3-year relationship...irl, you don't forget a failed relationship from one day to the other...it takes time to assimilate everything once it is gone....I think this drama is well-paced and portrays life realistically....many details as surprisingly mundane and therefore I feel I can relate to them.....and it is getting better and better...I am loving it!! if people here are looking for instant romance, don't watch this one...move on!! simple as that...π
