The shaman didn't kill him, he was already dead. The shaman hid his body because she wanted to take revenge from lady min and she knew lady min would go mad without her son. (Lady min's father killed the shaman's family)
Ok, so I'm on ep 7 and just now found out the ending is sad. I do remember reading the opposite before I started…
It's a bittersweet ending tbh. The ml gets his revenge and is peaceful. The fl gets her closure on her brother and becomes the head of business. It will not feel that sad once you reach last ep , do complete it if you've watched this much already.
😂😂💔I often ignore the fragile and naive foolishness of most FLs because the MLs are often built to cover…
Most kdrama watchers are women so the male characters are made exceptionally perfect for the female gaze, while the writing for female characters suffer.
Does anyone know why the shaman got rid of Hongrangs body without telling the parents? bc she pretended he was…
She wanted to take revenge so she set up this elaborate plan of making the fake hongrang infiltrate the min house. As lady min trusted the shaman a lot when the shaman told her hongrang is coming back, lady min accepted the fake hongrang as her son w/o any suspicion.
many ppl say its good but whys the rankig low here? is 8.0 considert to be okeyish? idk whats the meaning behind…
The subject matter of the drama is heavy and dark and the relationships are complex and borderline taboo, which made people give it a low rating before even watching it completely. It's a well made drama overall, a lil eccentric but great acting and cinematography.

The writing for her character was not the best but fine ig.
Dna test didn't exist at that time.
Just wanted to get your perspective.
No worries a lot of people didn't like the sad ending either, I get you.
Her character features were empathy and unconditional love, not exactly smartness and physical prowess.
A happy ending would have been completely abnormal in this case.
Fake hongrang went to check if he was the "painter" but he wasn't.
