Who agrees that the double has both one of best protagonists and one of the best antagonistics. Duke su, fangfei/jiang li, shen yu rong, the princess all delivered their roles. All characters are complex especially shen yu rong and the princess. You hate them but at some point also feel sad and pity them. After all , most ( not all cuz the fam of og jiang li wasn't great if we leave the brother and the uncles and her cousin sis. Her step mom and step sis are worse but the fiancé of her step sis is really trash ) of the characters are shaped by their surroundings and have became the way they are so have a reasonable rights for their certain behavior.

Fr. Wei qu may have teased and made fun of wei liang but also loved him to moon and back. When he found wei liang all tied up and tried to wake him up, convincing himself that wei liang is still alive hurts like hell.

Imagine if zu er's tax scandel didn't resolve. We would have forever lost this masterpiece. Thank goodness that scandal cleared and TPOB finally aired.

Goodness what a drama. The pain at wei liang's death is too much to handle. Wei qu's love for wei liang 😢😢😢😢 , damn thise scences were heavy tear jecker. Xiao tao words while holding those damn tears. Wei generals bond is really awesome. Bi zhi and wei shao fight scene and fl's cousins death was also sad. Amd im so so so glad that wei yan is alive.
