I don't know if it was leaked or they just shared it earlier on weibo but yes it's the official preview .
You know I found the official Weibo account for the actor playing one of the lead in Kill to Love and he is not promoting the BL at all. Because as well he is a secondary actor in high rank dramas like Feud. Maybe the same actors agencies are making an effort to prevent this from happening.

Ep 3 & 4 - I am mesmerised by the main CP. The actors are doing so well to project that they are silently, but passionately in love with each other. Their chemistry is so good. There is hardly any bts, they don't do fan service. All of that is not needed when good actors take BL roles. They are trained to portrait complex emotions in any context and they are doing a fine job here.
