really, the things this show does with my heart...

I caught up with Cruel City and so far I LOVE it! It took a while to get invested in the characters, but it's awesome!! Couldn't stop until now, and only because I ran out of episodes... it's so late already, tomorrow I'm gonna regret staying up x_X

Feels like this show wanted to do too many things and therefore in the end achieved none of them.

Why does mom have to be so awesome? Makes me even more afraid for her, because usually only nice parents ever die in dramas T_T

I like this drama. Sure, it's a bit slow and also has it's flaws, but the mystery is interesting and the characters are intriguing. Not to forget Hae Woo is an awesome heroine!

I never wished for alternate pairings ever in this show, but somehow at the end I was more sad for Dong Pyung Goon...
Sad but fitting ending T_T

If you're not satisfied with the ending, you're not left with a good overall feeling. I think it's only fair to "warn" others about it. I personaly dislike the ending, but I don't regret watching the show.

Let's just hope he won't have to wait for 422 years every time!

For the number mystery, I can understand how translators can get confused. Not only is it a different currency, but the way of counting is different. There is an extra word for 10.000 and then its ten-10.000 and so on, so higher numbers are totally confusing. But the number should stay the same within one ep at least... When there are numbers, I usually just register "much money" and "not so much money" xD

Those trailers look gorgeous!! If it's just half as good as the promo makes it seem, I'll love it!

This drama tries very hard to teach life lessons and be moving but doesn't quite get there. I don't like when you can see how hard they try to move you to tears.
