so far, i don't really find jin moo hak charming or likeable. i guess, writers took toxic relationship with money…
Honestly, I find his naivety amusing. His family is technically nouveau riche and these kinds don't usually get portrayed in kdramas as accurately. The old rich (those elites within Dali's circle) usually treat them as outcast--they're not our usual kind of "prince charming" so it's kinda interesting. His character development is something I'm looking forward to. But I agree that the writers should redeem him a little in the next episodes. He obviously likes Dali but he's beating around the bush--they should at least start with this.

Loved the first 2 episodes, the 3rd not so much, anyone else?
Me, too. 3-4 were a little dragging. I hope they can pick up the pace and minimize the unnecessary scenes (MH and dad's interaction, for instance. They already established MH relationship with his Dad, no need to repeat the nagging scenes).

Dali may be smart but she has no business acumen whereas Moo Hak is crass yet knows what needs to be done to run a good business (in short, he is shameless. lol). They're a good pair if they can learn from each other.

Was turned off by it too but we are in the early phase of the series so I can tolerate it. His character is, after all, introduced as crude and "uncultured". Story-wise, it will make his character development more dramatic. And yes, there is hope for a character development--his willingness to part with his expensive watch is an indication.

Hope someone to write an article as many people are unaware of this masterpiece
Agree. And we need reviews up there. This show is a gem and needs to be put on display to let other people know what they're missing.

He seems manipulative. It's possible that SML and Dali's breakup is because of her father so he got rid of him.
Yeah... her father is the only thing she wouldn't give up on even if she loved the SML that much. And since our adorable ML is a little less on the "cultured and elite" side, they'll probably paint the "well-bred" SML as a kind of a sinister character to balance the playing field.

Episodes 1-2 are my faves so far. I'm soft towards boys who know their way around a kitchen and pamper you with a nice meal. ♥

I have a feeling that Segi group's Jung Tae Jin is the one who killed her dad.

Probably likes the Segi guy? Can't think of another reason apart from that.

I regret starting this drama. I get anxious waiting for the next episode, it messes up my productivity. Lol. This is likely to go down in my short list of fave dramas. Love these kinds of romcoms--hilarious but has depth and evokes a plethora of emotion. The pace is also right and the art backdrop is a plus (I love art).

It looks like Saeroyi owns 0.95% of stocks from Jangga Co. I don't understand stocks but is that a lot?
If a company is worth 10 billion, for example, that means he owns 19 million. So that's a lot. That does not necessarily translate to voting rights though since there are different kinds of shares. Voting shares are usually more expensive and cannot be easily purchased. In a real world, 0.95% by itself does not hold much power in terms of decision-making within the company. But this is in drama world so...

I'm picky when it comes to dramas as I don't have a lot of time to spare so I only watch the good ones (and a few disappointing ones) but I must say that among them, this is one of the best--much better than the "popular" ones that I'd rather not name.
