Missed Potential in the Final Moments

The ending of this season was really unsatisfying. The first season was so good that I honestly expected him to take the throne this time. But instead, he let that child take it—the same child whose father betrayed him.
I mean, he could have protected and raised the child, but not as his equal or “brother.” It just didn’t feel right. Even if he had taken the throne, they could still have created strong plot elements for a third season.
Right now, I’d give this season a 6/10. But if there’s another season where he finally takes the throne, I might change my rating.

The Drama That Will Break You, Heal You, and Stay With You Forever

This is honestly one of the best dramas I’ve ever watched. While watching, I went through so many emotions—sometimes I cried, sometimes my tension was at its peak, and sometimes I even got annoyed at certain characters. But at the same time, this drama gave me so much comfort and made me feel connected to every moment.

I absolutely loved the chemistry between Captain Ri and Se-ri—it was so natural and touching that it felt like real love. The second lead’s story broke me; I actually cried for them and wished things could have been different.

Another thing I loved was how the drama blended romance with suspense, comedy, and deep emotions. It wasn’t just a love story—it was about destiny, sacrifice, and the invisible walls that separate people. The side characters also added so much warmth and humor, making the drama even more memorable.

Overall, I truly enjoyed this masterpiece. If you haven’t watched it yet, you’re definitely missing out. If you love dramas with action, tragedy, and romance all in one, then this one is absolutely for you.

Not your typical rom-com but something even more special..!!

I honestly don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews about this drama. For me, it carries different stories of different people, and each of them touched me deeply. While watching, I even cried—not because it was tragic or had a sad ending, but because it made me reflect on life and the meaning of it. Every word and every moment felt real and sincere.

A lot of people said that Yeo Reum and Yeon Seok’s romance was lacking. From my perspective, it’s true this drama isn’t like a typical rom-com overflowing with romance. But the moments they did share, and especially Yeon Seok’s behavior towards Yeo Reum, were so heart-fluttering that I had to rewatch their scenes more than once. Their chemistry felt subtle, natural, and healing in its own way.

This drama, at its core, is about healing, and even their relationship scenes reflected that warmth and comfort.

I’m super excited for the upcoming Season 2. I really hope it will show more romance and comfort between them while keeping the same emotional depth.

In short: this drama is not boring at all. Give it a try—you may end up loving it more than you expect!
