Ep.14 is so beautiful filled with wonderful quotes. I loved how everyone fought their battle each with himself/herself especially Ok Da Jung. I can't believe next week is the last week, I'm going to really miss this drama and miss my Ok Da Jung & Woo Joo's weekly dose </3

First of all I agree with you this is disappointing and the writer chose to focus more on the romance sadly (which is also not good imo). However I have to ask what other revenge themed K dramas have you seen? Because that's actually one of my favourite genres and Koreans are very good at it but they don't offer it much. I'm surprised you'd say they suck as revenge drama fan I completely disagree, are you saying that based on this drama? I wonder.
Baro really looks so much like Jo Jae Hyeon!! Great choice for younger version! I really loved the 1st ep! Somehow it reminded me of King of Baking Kim Tak Goo. I'm happy with the cast specially Chun Jung Myung, promising start I never get tired of revenge theme :)
Forget about how EPIC the whole drama is the last 7 min of ep. 12 I want to go personally and give Lee Sung Min an award for that beyond words performance!! Does this man even have limits?! That's it I ran out of words!!
As a melodrama fan I really enjoyed this one and yet again another underrated drama on MDL. I liked the characters and the pace of the story (personally I appreciated the snowy sceneries as it reminded me of my favorite drama of all times). Hyun Bin really surprised me here because this is a whole different character from him which he did splendidly. I also liked Sung Yu Ri's performance. I finished this drama in 2-3 days :)

Very well summed up! I felt the same about the first ep there wasn't really anything catchy neither in the story line nor the characters. Ji Sung was the only thing interesting to be honest. Also this is my first time watching Hye Ri, and if this is how she will carry on the drama then I guess Reply 1988 will be off my PWL :/
Man it gets worse with Soo Yeon each ep... I can't take her childish annoying tantrums and stupidity >.<

Why some parents can be so selfish? They would let their personal feelings get in the way of good parenting. No parent has the right to forbid their kids from meeting the other parent (whether it's a mother or father) it's not the kids fault that the parents no longer involved in each other's lives. I cannot tolerate Jang Hae Kyeong selfishness anymore especially in ep 7 when she practically pressured her daughter and made her choose between her and her father (the kid is only 9 years for god's sake). Ok I'm done with my ranting. Ep.7 was really good!
I watched this and fell in love with it, then got disracted with life so it went on hold (not the drama's fault) and years later I watched it again to the end and fell in love with it all over again :)
The OST is one of the best and the love story is definitely one of the best ^^
