in journey to love they both alive and ended in a cliffhanger she also had a twin sister FL
I don't think it' s mistake... I heard the same thing somewhere else. The scriptwriter is the same in JTL and in JTG - and JTRL was original script. I think it will be the same universe but different characters, or/and maybe different time ( like Nirvawna in Fire and Nirvana in Fire: Wind Blows in Chang Lin)
is anyone getting a journey to love flashbacks ? (ML sickness, dancing around the fire with the crew, enjoying…
Dancing/sitting around the fire indeed seems to be a common trope in cdramas that enhances happy moments of friendships before things go to s... But regarding the ending I believe our heroine will live and thrive since this looks like a story of female impowerment. I will be a troll and predict she doesn't end up with either man though but independent with her final soulmate and buisness partner being ZSJ
About ZYC - for a while now I'm betting on him being reveled as some sort of divine beast : likely dragon or dragon-like creature. Apart from those wings and horns seen in the trailer and in his vision(supposedly of his ancestor) there are already little details that give us clues: his hairpins in place of horns and now also his robe is incrusted with red semi-scales. Also interestingly when the pagoda demon played her false little game and he said he is human she didn't agreed like with others by saying "true" but insted with "honest answer" - which might imply that this is what he truly believes in/ is convinced of although it might not actually be true, he just doesnt realize it yet
Watched 6 episodes and have mixed feelings...I'm rather intrigued by the world setting as well as by characters and their stories. Theyare obviously all beautifull and the costumes are great. Some visuals are really captivating and add to the atmosphere. But.. Apart form some not-so-small sins in the writing department ( thick exsposition, relying on flashbacks for suspence case, little care for building solid reasons and logic for characters decisions and motivations - how do they instantly believe all doubtful declarations without good justification???) what irritates me most has actually most to do with cinematography. Which is sad because I did have some expectations here. I will add that I absolutely loved cinematography in MJTY. As over the top as it was it was it was still a feast for the eays and added to the story IMO. I don't mind show focusing a bit too much on nice shots, visuals , ascetics etc. especially when the genere sways to the horror side ( and this show does at times). If done right in enhances the result (my number one is still Brian Fuller's Hannibal in this department). Here , as oppsed to MJTY, there are way too much bizzare camera work , shots from angles that tend to deform people and a lot of times it looks like there is no one who knows anything about lightning +camera. Maybe this is intentional idk. But many, many shots look so overesposed , like someone just directed camera right into light source. It makes scenes not so much misterious as just blurry, also colouring gets bad and makeup looks occasionally very thick and artificial or just badly done... It's honestly distracting. There is pretentious amount of slow-mo, still shots etc - but even that could work if the producton quality whad been neat enough. Here I agree with someone that said it looks a bit shots done for promos/videoclips etc and stitched together... I'm torn because I still want to like it and hope for the story to roll out good...
Am I the only one loving Li Tong Guang?? I feel so heartbroken for him every time he appears on the screen, I…
I like this irritating kid! And he did get a hug in the end and was treated with enough care - all by Ning Yuan Zhou :)) And honestly - that was what he really needed. To get some guidance, love and confidance boost only not from Rui for whom he had misguided feelings and with whom he needed to finally cut the umbilical cord
I'm the young generation of drama watchers. Wanna watch this version because I'm familiar with the cast (Wu Lei,…
NIF and NIF 2 may be older but still can hold their own against many if not most newer dramas. In fact in many ways I still consider them superior - great acting, coherent story with a clear direction and good structure, inteligent dialogue, multilayered characters. Fantastic OST and visuals. Each of them tells complete and independent story, the only link between them being the same universe. In NIF2 story revolves around one of the background characters from NIF and his family and takes place 50 years after NIF ends.
After many years the death in Worrier Baek Dong Soo remains most painful and tragic for me. It was so unnecessary, hopless and just the sad end of a losing game for this character.
My current theory regarding "betrayal" is this. If there is someone currently betraying the ML, it is NOT the…
About Taekang being the mole - there could be some hidden motivations that we don't know about yet. I thought - what if he became a thug because of sth he blames CP for? Or maybe he is being threatened or blackmailed? On the other hand, him betraying CP would be too obvious considering they already showed it was someone wearing guard uniform...
I randomly just checked it on You Tube and since there are no english subs I din't understand a thing. BU it was even more fun in a way, because all I could see was Jiang Cheng on some off-screen adventure from The Untamed, having his own fight with gigantic Turtle of Slaughter ,ha, ha!! He even got his own misterious sword and just like his brother WWX was paired up with a pretty partner for his fight.... Also this Turtle looks even better and more intimidating!
Would be so perfect if she could stay with both. I already imagine they raising their kids the three together…
I'm on Ep 14 now. The drama doesn't even try to pretend they don't ship OT3 :)) (And the guys pretend they don't like each other but save each other all the time and somehow feel fine living together :) . Not to mention how subconsciously they tend to tenderly hold each other. Well. I guess Feng is very free with conscious touches and leaning too ;) Jing obviously is happy to have both :))
I'm on Ep 10 and suprisinly enjoy it! By now the love triangle seems to clear a bit but I must say the OT3 vibes so far are really strong and obviously very indended to be! It makes me honestly wish for this three way wedding ha, ha :)
Thank you for the comment! I only watched the original NiF and haven't yet had time to start NiF2, but I intend…
I also immediately thought about these two! Ning Que from Ever NIght , addditionaly to not being cold and brooding, is portrayed often as rather bad mannered, selfish in his own way and not so proned to heroics for heroics sake ( he values his and SanSan's lives above all), also doesn't have any natural talent for martial arts and there are definetely some guys wiser than him ( although he IS smart). I would also add another anti-heroic funny guy: Xiao Yu Er from Handsome Sibilings. He is very street-smart but being raised by villians he is not very honorable, the big Liar who lies constantly, manipulates others, flirts without making commitments and he literally runs from his confrontation with his supposed arch nemesis upon realising that he is much worse at martial arts. Also- Ancient Detective - i haven't finished it yet but ML looks friendly, nice, a bit naive and he doesn't have a ounce of martial arts
And ZY's dissapointed "oh" 🤣
