Also it is inconsiderate forcing an extra age on a Person. The difference between 29 and 30 is whole year and that 29 is not 30! Every decade is a different meaning to people’s lives.

Well thank Goodness we don’t live in the old days anymore with child marriages and abuse on children and women. The world is getting better.
And just because it’s legal don’t make it morally okay. Why not find people around your own age to date/marry? Why go after people you could be their parent? My opinion!

I had the same opinion for both dramas you mentioned as well. while I was able to complete Goblin for the second couple, I had to stop Melancholia because it just didn’t sit well with me.
And btw Jong Won (ML here) literally just turned 29YO less than 2 weeks ago. He’s not 30!
There’s obviously an extreme age gap - 11 years and to make matters worse. “ML and SFL looks way younger than their age” and there’s a 17 year age gap btw the second leads. So ofc people are gonna talk. To me it feels like I’m watching UNDER THE QUEENS UMBRELLA… where the Queen is paired with one of her sons. Just a comparison.

As a person who works with patients with mental health issues I’ll tell you that what you call “overacting” is just an exacerbation of a a mental diagnosis. Which is why these patients need to be compliants with their medications in order to be stabilized.

I just find these extreme age gap in kdramas for both very older men + very younger girls or Very older women + very younger boys weird… “MY OPINION”.
