I have to say, the casting was spot on especially with the families. The ML actually looks like his mother's child.
OMFG He wants to know everything about her! I cannot even deal. I like that they are giving us sweet moments like this during this period. I think it sifts through all the heavy parts of the reveal.
I called it when I said the MLs past was a a big piece to the puzzle. But I am not sure what the motive is - I wonder if his father had some political ties. Also, the absence of both parents felt strange, and the indifference of the grandpa in the future. I felt that there was a reason everyones history was revealed but not the MLs.
Which makes me wonder, was the father in the country at the time of the first two deaths in both timelines? From my understanding, he arrived in the country the same time in both timelines but the time of death changed in the second, and the father had just arrived in the country. So is he the killer? or did he just pretend to be at the airport when the grandpa came to pick him up in the first timeline so he had an alibi? The police are already shit so he had nothing to worry about there lol
Also, I can't get over the fact that Soon Ae recognised her killer. Even after all these years, and let's say the killer is the ML's Dad, would she have readily recognised him considering he was much older than her at the time? And if the killer is the same person, did that mean that Soon Ae was meant to die anyway? Why didn't KMS die considering she became a novelist when she was a teen, and did he find out KMS didn't actually write that novel, and decided to kill the mother in the first timeline? Then that points to Yu Sub but then it can also point to the ML's father. But then is he the actual father? The DNA results are not actually out lol
Also, I am not convinced it's anyone that we know what its been clouded in suspicion.
Does the killer just have something against educated and literate women?
I am just gonna watch for the reveal. For me, I just want to know the specifics of the matchbox message "Girls who read are dangerous."
The build of the person implied a man so why did KMS say that women can also kill and that her latest novel was a confession? Was her interview a marketing ploy to sell her book or was she merely profiling by switching the genders around? We know she is prone to manipulating the facts so why can't the killer be male? Honestly, I am half a mind to point the finger at the detectives who conveniently can't find shit on the killer lol or back to my original choice of the military guy.
Why do I feel like unless we get the origins story of the ML like his Dad kept him at a distance, why his grandfather was unkind and why his mother left etc, we won't know who the killer is?
Me too. Especially when it shows her face leaning on his neck. It makes me want to hug someone and I am by no means a hugger. The FL and ML have me a chokehold
I hope her next project will be a costume drama and please don't do any youku's drama,I know that no platform…
Iqiyi would be my choice next. They wished a birthday post and uploaded some content of her so I hope this is foreshadowing an announcement of a collaboration.
