Nah they really took the FL's whole personality as "Dong Chan's girlfriend" waay too seriously! Like the using her body to block the knife trope is overdone. They really could've given her character a chance to really thrive but she did nothing to advocate for herself in many instances but they make all her interactions about her time with him. We don't really get a sense for her outside of "him."

She isn't exactly innocent as she did help someone plot attempted murder so not sorry for her at all. However, her insecurities are really and valid especially since both were deeply in love. What strikes me is the ML, he just seemed so flakey of a character.
It's telling when someone has multiple stories of them being kind, likeable and engaging on set that its the persons actual aura and not an act. I've heard some shitty stories but Reba always has great feedback from people.
