Giiiiirrrrl, it was such a drag, I think I got up to ep 20 and dropped it. The typical palace story, the forgiving FL, and the toxicity all around. Rarely any great characters except maybe for her sworn brother that stayed to be her bodyguard. He did let her leave with her son but the writers just had to have her run back to him. Like sis deserves her happily ever after! I hated it. I loved their pairing because they bring out the best in each other on screen but seriously weren't that great.

I remember seeing that and thinking that she looks so refreshed when she's amongst her people, and her family look so proud of her. Which makes me sad she couldn't see her grandmother for the very last time.

It's most likely for performance purposes as actors rarely go by their birth names. I just love the sound of their names but all those reasons make sense.
