How can a subtitle extractor extract them if there are no subtitles in the file? As you can see from the Media Info for the copy I have, there are none for it to extract.

Let's give it a try. I've got Subtitle Edit, and have used it to fix timing issues, but never from scratch so far!

Sorry, I was getting a little frustrated with this! This the quality of the RAW copy i have. I didn't see any corruption as I fast-forwarded through it, but it may have some. I had not heard of that Disney+ either. Where have you seen it being available besides having a Disney+ membership?
