This comment might be a spoiler but you need to see it to save yourself from this drama. I agree with the commenter that this drama started really well but became really stupid through the second half (WARNING: it started from ep 22). I kept giving it chances but it was not worth it. I had to finish it because I thought it couldn't get any worse well it did!

I have been stuck on episode 14 for the past week and while I thought this was my comeback to Taiwanese dramas I remember why I stopped watching them in the first place. This drama started off so good and I felt like I could keep watching it even after episode 10. While some cliches like being a fake fiance or living together never get old, it really starts to get cheesy and corny. I know these dramas are not supposed to be logical and I really like the second female lead but I hate the fact the fact she really became a wasteful character. And I foresee more cringe worthy and annoying scenarios with the chef trying to sabotage the grandma's bday, and probably the brothers fighting. Last note I would really like to see the main leads in a different drama cuz they really fit so well with each other.

3 days later, marathoned it to ep 10 and it started becoming dull/predictable/too damn dramatic. I am still going to give it a chance because it's good, I just thought it would better because of all the comments hyping it. The actors are really great, love their chemistry and their characters are better than most Taiwanese characters I've seen (btw this is my first Taiwanese drama in like two years cuz I wasn't really feeling them anymore). I just hope I start enjoying it again like I did in the first few episodes.

Exactly!! Qu Xiao is my girl so I love her character. Guan Guan had the most change and I am just so happy for her.

Yes, Ying Ying is a sweetheart, silly and an honest person but gosh she irritates me. She's the most annoying character. It always her and Sheng Mei that annoy me but she takes the crown. She knows she's unreasonable and I think that's the fact that irritates me the most. She has her head stuck up her ass, I am done waiting for her to mature I just don't think it's possible.

For the first time, I didn't care for the romance even though it wasn't bad. I just loved seeing master Kim on screen. So if you ask me what I love about this drama my answer is Master Kim and yea I liked the story and the rest of the cast. 8:)

Korea needs to not get on this path of cutting eps in half just to make more money.

I don't understand why people like to compare this drama with Goblin they are two different stories. Both good, but still different and without no flaws. They both give off different vibes in my opinion.

This man is so handsome and a genius actor. Can't wait to watch more of his works after I finish RDTK.

BRRRRRRAH that first episode was really filling like ok, so maybe this might not be overrated. I hope I can say the same when I get to the middle or end. But I'll take it ep by ep and just enjoy the flow.

The story was different but I wish the characters were more developed. I think the only thing I liked about this movie was how it was filmed and directed.
