I think she also meant that he is waiting for them to become a family again. I don't think she is currently pregnant but hope by the end of next episode she is, or they time jump and they are a happy family with their child or children.
I do wish they didn't have so many things to wrap up in this last episode like send Asia of to prison to rot (Like Kla alluded at death is to easy for her she needs to suffer more for what she's done) in this episode and all that's left is Khim's father which would be dealt with in this first half of the episode living the rest for happy reconciliation. At this point it will probably be a very short happy peaceful moments at the very very end of the episode. But here's still hoping for a satisfying ending.
