Wondering if one of the reasons for the extra episodes were because the channel wanted them to add more? I remember a Korean drama did that I, forget which one. But because they had to extend the story, the plot and characters actually suffered from it in my opinion. Dramas that are done shooting it’s harder to add more episodes obviously but if they were still shooting when it aired the channel might have seen its initial popularity and order more episodes? That or I could be totally wrong and they always planned 22 from the start and people were just confused on how many episodes to put in the info section here
Loved Weir and the 2009 one, but this one I’m also really enjoying this one, specially now as were coming to the end and karma will be catching up to everyone. I like you can tell it’s an adaptation but still has its originality. The boat house was interesting choice that I also liked, rather than the original shack in the woods setting,
probably the time period the drama is set in is nothing as historical as Sai Lohit or Bpoop Phaeh Saniwaat but similar to the times from Neung Rai Suang, La Ong Dao and Padiwarda. Or they could have just been going off of what the original one was and made a mistake by adding the genre tag lol. The photo looks like a promotional photo more than an actual poster for the series.
Overall liked the drama and liked the ending but at the same time wish that San could have a happy ending with Supika. I wanted to see more of those twos interactions.
Similar to amnesia driven plots of many other popular dramas but I do like the leads and some of their work so interested to see them pair up :). Wonder which I’ll like more The Prince Who Turns into a Frog remake or this? At first glance they seem vaguely similar
