My love for C dramas has grown into a wider fascination with Chinese culture, history and storytelling. I am drawn not only to the romance or plot, but to the worlds these dramas create: the dynasties, rituals, family duties, political intrigue, poetry, music, clothing, food, art, language and emotional restraint. Watching them often feels like entering another historical and cultural universe. Over time, C dramas have made me curious about Chinese history, aesthetics and values in a way that feels both emotional and intellectual.
