I don't usually writ any comments, that's how much I hated this movie, if you like a movie with a surprise, and not a complete corny fest, this is not ur movie, if you wanna go brain-dead for 1h 45min, this might be for you. Everything about this script was textbook stuff, and everything that needed to happen happened, the amount of convenience for all the stuff was just too much
"Number 4; Rich boy, poor girl" This is why I've stopped watching most korean drama, as of late. Right now I mostly watch japanese ones, since they tend to be a bit more "realistic".
Omg, you think just like mexD I used to finish most drama, but now I have this really bad habit of dropping dramas, since I've seen SOOOOOOO much I hate predictable dramas, I just can't be arsed with a plot twist I can see from miles. I drop a drama as soon as I see these characteristics
-Rich male, poor female, I've seen enough of those to last me a year.
-Douche main leads, they just make no sense and feel like small children nagging all the time. (But ofc they will have a trauma/illness so you will feel sympathy)
-Plots like a wet towel...
And with these 3 marks, you can remove 80% of all drama out there. but I live on the remaining 20%
Really hate how many people are trying to defend him, and he's trying to avoid the punishment by enlisting? I mean cmon, why are idols always doing this when they do a crime, they always avoid it with the enlistment, they want people to forget, but they never get the sentence they deserve. I think he should face his crimes, and not run away from them. The rich and famous always gets away with crimes like this, it's really disgusting.
I loved this drama so much when he was young, but when they got the the episode where he got old shit got too…
But he was raising his sister up all alone, and he was struggling all alone as a child, yes he was more lively and if anything those things should affect him as a child more then it should as a grown up..-.-'
I loved this drama so much when he was young, but when they got the the episode where he got old shit got too boring. Everything was so predictable and his character got so boring, he was just so lame; he didn't show any expression or interest, and it was as if it wasn't the same character. I know many will still love it simply because they like Kim Hyun or they somehow can overlook how boring the main character got, but it my opinion the drama got too chessy and predictable to be watchable.
In my opinion Cruel city was by far the best Korean drama i've ever seen, but i was also happy that you put Empire of gold in this list, it's so good yet so underrated, it's not my most favorite but it was amazing none the less
"Romantic comedy about a man who can see the future and a lovely woman."...
