Good acting
I find this drama very entertaining. At least, I don’t find myself pressing the ‘fast forward’ button at all, which is good cos for most of the drama I watched, I have tendencies to do so. ML & FL are really skillful to deliver the characters. Storyline is interesting. Drama not too long and not draggy. My only complaint is that the last episode is too ‘rush’ and like they just wanted to ‘finish it up’. Other than that, it is worth watching.Was this review helpful to you?
The BEST Xianxia Drama Ever…
By the way, I have watched this drama at least 5x… the CGI is perfect, Xu Kai is perfect ML for the God of war. As for Dongyu, her performance as FL is flawless. I disagree with those netizens who commented that Dongyu is not ‘beautiful enough’ … I think she is perfect for the role and I totally enjoyed her acting skills. She is pure, cute and lovely too. I don’t think that there’s any other Chinese actress that can match up to her in terms of the Shanggu’s role. After watching this drama, the scenes like kept lingering in my mind, every now and then. However, a word of advice… just bear with the 1st. Episode and you will be mesmerized to watch every episode of the whole drama…Was this review helpful to you?
Extremely boring…
The drama is so boring. At first I told myself that I am going to complete this drama bcos of Lusi but just couldn’t get myself to finish it. 1/2 way through, the drama was not only boring but disheartening. With every episode I watched, I saw more and more negativity and ‘naggy’ politics… so I gave up. Lusi was also not suitable for this role…Was this review helpful to you?
