Social media is very dangerous since anyone can make accusations without the burden of proof. Agencies are there to protect themselves and, with so many other actors available, they would rather get rid of the actor(s) to keep business running. Even if these allegations are not true, they will follow the supposed perpetrator for life. If it is true, bring forth tangible evidence before posting anything on social media; that way, it becomes credible!
