Wen Ruan Mei Gui Lun Wei Ta Xin Jian Pian Chong (2025) is a nice Sci-fi action romance miniseries with Ben Wang as Ji Ming Chen and Hou Cheng Yue as Wen Yao in the lead couple’s role and is set in an apocalyptic zombies era. The cast did a good job bringing their characters to life and, taking in consideration that apocalypses genres are quite futuristic and requires complicated settings, the filmmakers did a great job bringing the apocalyptical feel from dilapidated settings, colors, wardrobe, furniture, etc. The lead couple has good chemistry and a couple of swoon worthy romantic scenes. The drama could’ve have more of the lead couple’s romance without interruption (maybe an attempt at comedy?) instead of giving so much screen time to the female antagonist but, in spite of that, the drama is enjoyable and entertaining. Enjoy it!
