The cast did a phenomenal job bringing their characters to life and the leading couple had a mesmerizing wholehearted and intense chemistry. The drama is slow paced but not boring, it is just giving the viewer time to savor each moment with all the senses and emotions of this tale of enduring love. Yu Wen Zhou’s love seeped through Shi Sheng’s heart in a steadfast, gentle yet powerful way that broke through her self imposed heart barriers and allowed her to open herself to the opportunity to feel loved, respected, and treasured; thereupon, she starts to flourish in a relationship that allows her to be herself becoming stronger and been able to show her determination without fear of retribution, to cherish the moment and, with her body and soul, to experience being loved. In return, her precious wounded soul starts to heal and Yu Wen Zhou’s care, patience, and openhearted love is equally reciprocated.
