if you havent decided already. Heres my little input. Start from S1, then S2 and then S3 - if it is out by then. The key part of this drama is the situations, different relationships and emotions. all part of the plot. and about her previous relationships, yes she broke up with both MLs and those had its own justifying reasons. This is a great watch. I recommend you watch S1, S2 and then eventually S3.

Most of them are simply too old. ML is supposed to be (and look) younger than Yumi.

even if they want a younger guy to play for the sake of noona romance there are lots of choices. Such as Lee Dohyun, Rowoon, Ryeoun, Hong Kyung, Cha Woomin, etc..
yesss, i get that they are heading towards noona romance and that is why they chose this actor to play ML. But i think there a lot better M actors that are younger than KGE who could've taken on the role. Its S3 for gods sake, they should've the thoughts to make it perfection rather than experiment with a new actor (yes i know he isn't completely new but if you through his history of works its not much or at least 1 drama that is strong enough to convince me). Lets just hope that the casting director saw something in this guy that we haven't yet and it will pay off.

guys don't worry, seeing how many positive comments there are about the first 2 eps and the individual ep ratings, the rating will go up. it usually takes like a couple eps, meaning around 2 weeks for the ratings to steady. because by then there will be people who will stick to the drama, people who drop it because they genuinely have a reason to and then there's haters who will get bored and leave.
The final episode was a real roller coaster! I cried, I laughed, I swooned, I cried a bit more.. really great…
probably another season. i think they can make it up to 16 or even 20 eps because the interns will be 1st year, the 4 main leads will be in 2nd year, plus there is a new gyno head, also they will likely add new characters as interns, 1st year, 2nd year, 3 and 4th year, professors, and we may meet families. so a lot will be happening in the next installment.
