Dw its all about personal choice. Thats y everyone gets 8 votes rather then unlimited where they'd just pick as many not thinking who really shines to them. Also even if they r not as popular/high on the list it shows that fans like you is what keeps them going which i'm sure they r thankful to u and many others.

lol i get your point but if u think about it cdramas r dominated by c/taiw/hk actors not kactors and vice versa with kdramas.

I understand you view very much but if I let everyone choose as many as they want then there will be many popular actors who will have lots of points and ones that are not as popular to not have many. Having only certain amount votes allows the voter to really think about who they'd choose cause sure you may have lots of faves but do all you favs have the same skills and looks you look for in an actor? This all depends on personal choice of course.
