about vier apparent surrender in the present timeline, in my view, after being kidnapped so many times and realizing that no matter what he does or where he goes, kelvin will find a way to get him, he's realized he needs to come up with some more effective way to end this once and for all. he tried to fight back the first time (the bottle scene), but after realizing that he can cross the world and kelvin will still find ways to mess with him, vpg group and the people around him, i think he's now trying to think of something that will outsmart kelvin once and for all, while trying to make it clear to him that he no longer has any power over him, no matter how hard kelvin tries (the way he tries to be so nonchalant, the situation with khun where he makes a point of seeming like he's having fun to show kelvin that no, he won't be able to manipulate him anymore).

Regarding Episode one its shows the past when they first met and how their relationship sort of started and the present i.e the beginning of episode one , I feel personally its a continuation of what happened at the end of episode 2
Ep. 2 Is the currently Present day it starts with Vier waking up and being confused about where he is (why he didnt make it to chang mai the first time) and that's where we get that 6 hours before time jump . That Entire scene just shows what happened before Kelvin kidnapped Veir for the seems like the FIRST time. The other time jump the year ago , is the same time line as episode one(the one where they meet for the first time , its a continuation of that)like a couples days after Vier leaves Kelvin's house he contacts him , talks business with him etc. When Vier rejects him , Kelvin disappears for 3 months to work on his business plan and then came back him and they grew closer etc.
As for Chang Mai , this is somewhat of a present day timeline my theory is that Vier ran away and is in hiding from Klevin (probably has something to do with how he escaped the first time Klevin kidnapped him) but then Klevin put out the missing person signs and Im sure he has something to with Vier's family business falling part and buying the land where Nana Works, all this to lure him out and bring him back bangkok and hence him kidnapping him for the SECOND time and saying I found you.
