Now I really wish to see him in modern drama . acc to rumours there is a modern drama where he lives in two lives in 2 different worlds.. i hope he takes that project..

Yes, exactly! I was also feeling the pacing felt off from 28th episode to 33rd episode and the emotional connect was missing a bit. But from episode 35 onwards, it really picked up the rhythm again. The emotional scenes hit different , deeper, more raw, and so satisfying after that mid-phase slump. The way they handled the relationships, the confrontations, and those heartfelt moments... it felt like the show finally remembered what made us hooked in the first place. No more unnecessary loops, just pure emotion and character growth that actually lands. ..

True ,I heard that ,script writers of love's rebellion drama ruined the essence of the real story , now same loopholes in zhuyu ..only The Best Thing justified linghe's character as he suye .. most of his dramas used the popularity of main leads for the sake of promoting side characters prime examples are MJTY, POJ🙃..

Besides poj leaks from iqiyi's negligence,It literally pissed me off with the Zhuyu later episodes of Xie Zheng's de characterisation with less and short fighting scenes,they turned the iconic 108 lashes scene into nonsensical excuse, reducing a strong, self-aware character into a spineless simp with no self-reflection. I’ve completely lost hope on Zhuyu,they’ve played dirty with Linghe’s and xiewei's popularity to promote other actors. My only hope now lies with Gui Luan and Overdo. I’ve read the Gui Luan novel, and it balanced politics, romance, and character development beautifully, with clear storytelling. I just pray the adaptation stays faithful and doesn’t ruin the essence of the story.now I can only pray for overdo and gui luan drama to justify linghe's acting depth with character development..

The 108 lashes scene is the heart of the entire novel, showing Xie Zheng’s deep love for Changyu. But in the drama, they completely turned him into a simping, selfless pushover,stripped of any self-respect or inner conflict. The Zhuyu team totally de characterized Xie Zheng, destroying his depth and essence

The Zhuyu drama is nothing but a blatant promotion machine for the side characters, stuffing intimate and pointless scenes everywhere while completely ignoring the main couple’s growth. Years of struggle, injuries, and emotional pain for the protagonists, and yet the toxic second couple characters gets all the fruits , What a cheap, shameless joke the Zhuyu team pulled.

I’m so disappointed with Xie Zheng’s character development in the later episodes of POJ. My only hope is for Overdo. I really hope they don’t misuse Linghe’s popularity to shift attention to side characters like they’re doing right now in POJ for side characters

General audience, calm down a bit and njoy the drama ,don't focus on mdl negative comments on this drama ,still drama is doing good with all the odds...who are complaining about this drama are novel readers due to plot change,anti fans are jealous about this drama popularity.. That's y people encountering negative comments..

I can say they did 90% kissing,10%acting,may be they r good actors, but can't disagree the fact poj team playing dirty to gain attention on 2nd cp through intimate scenes ..cheap tricks

2nd cp having more intimate scenes than main cp it's kinda irritating me.. most of the hardwork is done by main cp in the drama is going all in vain.. main cp important romantic scenes are always cut by curtains, windows, candlelights .. i don't hate 2nd cp , but the importance given to them is utterly unnecessary to the drama...

Am I the only one who is feeling poj editing team trying to focus more on 2nd couple Romance than the main cp !! I'm irritated by this fact .. it's not that main couple don't have chemistry but wantedly shortening the romantic scenes of main cp and keeping extremely romantic scenes of second cp is feeling wierd.. I think 2nd cp agencies tired their best to promote them in the drama as well as outside of the drama on the name of zlh and xiewei's popularity..

I want to rant about the editors of this drama from 28 to 32 episodes... They did worst job in editing, it's like a kid patching up things which r not in sequence...

We r not mad at fl being shined but we r kinda disappointed how xie Zheng character being deminished to glorify fl's character .. despite xie Zheng being the marquis ,he is showing as non meticulous warlord in the drama..
