what about the mole near there ear, they were thinking of make yoon jaegyeong daughter of that baker lady and forgive…
Yeah, when the extension was announced, I was annoyed since it almost certainly just meant dragging out the plot rather than adding anything meaningful.

Fake siblings are a somewhat common trope in daily dramas, but yeah, it was always going to be changed. And, that's why I was annoyed when I found out they were "siblings."

I watch a lot of daily dramas, so for me, I'm just happy if the female or male lead (whoever the drama is focused on) changes throughout the drama and that I don't dislike everyone besides the leads.

Yeah, basically everyone (when it was airing) was convinced the lost child was a girl, so many were caught off guard by the fact that it was Jae-min. And, the writer is doing the same thing (trying to make it seem like it's going one way but completely flips it) in her currently airing drama.

Basically, with the mole, it just further deepens the idea that it was a girl, so the viewer is questioning who that girl is rather than even thinking that it's not a girl at all. Like a lot of things in daily dramas, I think the identical moles are just supposed to be assumed as coincidental.

But, you could also be right that the identical moles were meant to be something more than just a tool to convince viewers and never played out. Daily drama writers are definitely known for changing plots while the dramas are airing because of viewers.

With any other daily drama writer, I would be more likely to agree, but with this writer, she seems to intentionally include plot points/scenes that rile up viewers, even though that was never going to be a part of the ending. The writer also likes to make it seem the plot is going one way, but then try to completely catch you off guard.

Review The Second Husband Spoiler
You probably have long moved on from this drama, but the problem was actually the subtitles. In Korean, the child's gender was never mentioned, but the scenes heavily hinted that it was a girl. So, the translators wrongly assumed that the missing child was a girl.

I agree, actually It's the first daily drama I'm watching on the run (and maybe 2nd as a whole) so I'm far from…
KBS daily dramas always do well though the airing KBS 1 daily drama will pretty much always do better than the airing KBS 2 daily drama. They're usually 1 and 2 with news being like 3rd even if they eventually drop in viewership. Also, someone constantly updates the top 50 K-dramas on the public broadcasting channels from 2018 until now by the highest number of viewers for an episode, and every single KBS daily drama (except 1 morning drama) from 2018 until now has made that list including the currently airing ones though some have dropped off.

But yeah, basically every daily drama ever could be half their length which is one of the things they're known for. That you could skip 10 episodes and not miss much. The problem is knowing when things will pick up, and me crossing my fingers that it's around the 60 episode mark rather than some dramas that wait until like the last 5 episodes.
