K-Drama
This will always be my favorite drama
I watched the entire drama three times. The first time I watched, my heart was breaking, and I cried in several of the episodes. I didn’t understand why it was affecting me so much so I watched the entire drama a second time, but then I was crying even harder, like really hard, and in even more of the episodes. Then I watched it a third time while taking notes on the two main lead characters to get insight into their psychologies and why they were moving my heart so much and making me cry so hard. But on the third viewing, I was crying even harder than before and in every single episode because I knew where the story was going, and therefore even more of the story became poignant. I had to take a break for a couple months in the middle of the third viewing to calm my emotions before I finished watching it. I still don’t know exactly why it moved my heart so much, but I think it had to do with the characters personalities creating barriers to finding love and wanting them to get beyond those barriers because they would be so good for each other, and because I was seeing a reflection of those things in my own heart. I found it to be a deeply important piece of art for the way it touched my soul, and isn’t that the main point of art?Was this review helpful to you?
