We should not allow troublesome and narrow-minded trolls to get in the way of expressing our personal opinion. We should not be hesitant in making comments about an actor’s performance specially if their lack of acting skills is off-putting and adversely affects the drama’s appeal. Im Soo-jung’s facial expression was blank and dull during the scene of her wedding - an occasion that is supposed to be the happiest day of her life and yet zero emotions were conveyed because of her lazy acting. The same expressionless face is evident in most of her scenes whether she is happy or sad, excited or upset, calm or worried.

In addition, my brief review was written halfway through the drama which is why I didn’t get to comprehensively discuss yet its thematic and technical content.

I gave a relatively high rating of 8 though for the Story because Mathematics as a core topic is distinctively unique for a K-drama. Rating of 8 as well for the Music placement.

Yes, I’m with you in your hopes for a marked improvement in the acting element for the upcoming episodes. For a lead actor who’s considered a seasoned veteran, Im Soo-jung should be giving her viewers something to rave about.

This, coming from someone whose one and only review was described as “trash” and can’t even spell the word “opportunity” correctly? Sorry but I take only constructive criticisms. Not the juvenile and unintelligible types.
