That part isn't entirely clear... Porsche's memories of what happened is kind of distoted

I read in some translation (don't ask me which one... at this point, I have read every single one available) that Korn brought Porsche and Chay into the main family as revenge against Porsche's mom... something about how she escaped him by dying... So to him, it's like history repeating itself... How Namphueng was sent to test him and Kan likewise Porsche & Chay to test Kinn and Kim... Who gives into their feelings(like Kan) or who controls everything(Like Korn)... He also wants to know if both pairs are strong enough to withstand the truth that Korn might have a hand in Porsche/Chay parents death
