Lost and in denial
On It's Okay to Not Be Okay Jun 21, 2020
Two episodes in and the drama is already it. Everything about this is so perfectly placed and made you'd think it was a book. Though the chemistry between the leads isnt so palpable just yet there's already something there that's making you ship them before anything major has happened. The FL is a bit creepy with her obsession with him but then again understandable cuz who's not obsessed with that fine piece of art? This drama is crazy intense and I cannot wait to see what's coming

I can see the similarities. It might be because they are both based off of shoujo mangas, and it’s a popular…
Thank you!!

This is honestly such a great drama. I haven't really found any good J dramas out there except Mischievous Kiss. Its cheesy as shit but so good and entertaining. ML is fine as hell too so the eye candy dont hurt one bit. Side note though, am I the only one who thinks this drama is very similar to Mischievous Kiss tho? I keep getting that feeling of deja vu, you know with the whole unrequited love. She falls in love at first sight and decides to become a nurse just so she could work close to him but he's cold and interested. Heck she's even a clumsy nurse who cant take patients blood for crap but everyone still love her cuz she's friendly just like Kotoko. Only difference in this is that they're a bit more serious when it comes to playing doctors and nurses instead of like it was in Mischievous Kiss.

Somebody please take pity on me and tell me more about Nam Goo/Na In. Oh my gosh out of the entire drama which i enjoyed very much he left the most impression on me and i cannot find him anywhere. Goddamn that angelic voice of his got me hooked. I wanna know about him other than his name. Is he a real singer? Does he have social media? Why is he so underrated? I'll take anything

I totally agree, because it's evident he has so much unused potential out there and he's not just a pretty face.…
I've come to find out that Chinese dramas are an acquired taste. When you first start watching dramas it's usually K dramas and once youve gotten used to K dramas it's really hard to like other dramas bcuz they're so dissimilar. But I've found a few Chinese dramas I've really loved. If you need any recommendations my DMs are always open lol. Oh yeah I've seen it it was honestly so cringe but to each their own lol.

Oh my gosh I thought I was the only who realized that the voices didnt actually belong to the speaker!! It sounded so weird and their lips barely moved when speaking english and I was like wow that's so weird. Like I couldn't understand it and now I see why. Its weird tho, doing something like that. I'm sure there are many foreigners who could've played the role and actually spoke English instead of just doing what they're doing. And it really bothers me too lol. And as for the female character I do feel like she's a bit forced too. I think they could've gone a different route other than the spoiled rich girl who only cares about herself and reporting 'the truth'. She's also very very similar Xia Lan Lan in Tientsin Mystic if you've seen it. The characters are very much alike except Charlene Chen character was pretty bad ass. But yeah Hu Yitian is honestly one of the best things about this drama so far because he reminds me a lot of Sherlock Holmes and sherlock's always been a favorite of mine.

Same here. I feel like he's one of those actor who can play just about every character and really nail it because his look scream diversity. I want to see him play something other than the quiet with just a few words to say. I'm truly loving him here. I cant wait to see what he has in store for us.

I am lowkey watching this for two reasons Darren Chen and Jackie Chan. I fell in love with Chen in Meteor Garden and couldn't wait to watch his other dramas, I've been waiting for this drama for a long while now so hopefully it's going to continue to kick ass. Watched the first two eps and already I love it

This role definitely suits Hu Yitian. I was tired of seeing him basically play the same role of the quiet non assertive guy who never spoke more than a few words and could be mistaken for being cold almost all the time. I always thought that wasnt really him so I kinda stopped watching his stuff and put him on my list of actors who could be better. Especially after A Love So Beautiful, I couldn't bear to watch that entire drama. I'm so glad he took this role though. He's freaking hilarious and so amazing. I'm hoping he'll take more roles like this in the future

I'm totally going to write a protest letter to Netflix and tell them to shorten the days. I'm lowkey dying to see what's coming!

It would! But I might be wrong as well. I just saw the way she reacted to his saying all of that so I automatically assumed that. I guess we'll just wait and see.

Yeah! When the Kim Woo Gi was talking about how he saw Micheal's girlfriend/mistress and they showed the flashback. It was Micky! She got all nervous and looked like she was ready to shut him up until he said he didn't see her face. Only the butterfly tattoo.
