Hey there and welcome!!!!!!! I've had a look at your list and would like to recommend you check out Cunning Single Lady give it a few eps some ppl take to ep 3 or 4 to be hooked and God's Gift!!:P
For the ones you plan to watch leave Knife and Flower till last, it is also know as Blade and Petal, now preena and me made it all the way to the end and not sure about her but I was cheering for the villain NMW's char to kill them all... it is one drama I WON'T recommend words just can't describe how bad it was for me anyway...
Innocent Man aka Nice Guy don't try to marathon don't get me wrong it's a great drama but I couldn't watch more than 2 eps in a row it's just one of those dramas you have to enjoy one ep a day.

Lee Bo Young acting in this just blows me away I cried even more than normal because she made it seem so real. I don't as a rule usually watch this type of show. I'm more of Rom/Com kinda gal but I have a friend at viki subbing it PLUS she told me No Min Woo was going to be in it soooooooooooo I had no choice up to check it out!!!!!!! All I can say is WOW I have soooooooooooo many theories running through my head...I think that old camera is going to play a key part... though I could be completely wrong and it's just an old camera...but I believe the mentally disabled father is innocent and the camera is his with possible proof as to who the killer really is....the dude that blacks out is who I'm at this point guessing suffers from split personality and is the killer...guess I'll see if I'm right in 14 more episodes!!! :P

Yeah if those Hell Bears get you to turn to the Dark Side let me know..I'll avoid that State or Province like the plague!!! LOL

I stumbled upon another good one I think you might like it's called 35-sai no Koukosei. It's about a 35yr old woman that goes back to school it focuses on bullying it starts off a little slow but the ending was really good. One of those that has a really meaningful story. Kinda reminded me of The Suspicious Housemaid Japanese version where she helps each kid slowly you see bits of her past. And a couple of the guys are just **OMG** who is this!!!!!!!!!!!

You know what's scary half my plan to watch and on hold are ones I can't remember if I finished them or not -_- and some looked familiar but don't remember the name I'm going to have to one days revisit each one by one... that bloody list took me 4hrs+ to do >_<. And there's one's missing like the Thai shows and others I've watched...my list is sitting at 300+ -_- seriously I need to get out more....
