Yes we are beyond grateful for not picking twelve..i specifically said tvn bcoz many established actors had 1 big hit with tvn whether it's CLOY , signal, qot i think there's a high chance jcw might hit a jackpot with tvn or jtbc for that matter

I guess they had to make the husband look bad in order to justify the fl's cheating/moving on so fast..which is just lazy writing imo..

disney plus in korea is really going through some bad time..tempest is not getting the response they hoped for so they had to drop subscription prices, their MAU is 7 times lower than netflix, they had to shelve knock off, in so many yrs i think only 3 or 4 of their dramas got recognition. There are so many regional content blocks..i am pretty sure evwn this drama will not be available in many major countries 😑

It's not so simple unfortunately..tvn took a huge bet early on with jcw in k2 and although it has huge popularity outside, it's domestic ratings were only decent. People say it's bcoz of the fl but that's a different topic. Tvn gave another prime time slot drama :MMS to jcw but that one flopped hard. Not sure when or if we'll see him in tvn again. I think jcw is at a stage where he should pick only good scripts without worrying about popularity or anything else. Frankly speaking as a fan: his 2024 choices were really bad according to me. Gangnam b side was average and queen woo ws bold but didn't get good reviews. I think kdrama industry itself is in decline still hopefully we can enjoy some really good projects from jcw soon

I disagree, ratings doesn't have to do anything with quality..there are many shows which have much lower tv ratings but far better in all aspects than bon appetit

Lee byung hun is considered a top veteran actor in korea so it's not so easy. It's my personal opinion but peopel like to see young pairings in romcoms .i would be more excited for a pairing with gyj or han so hee , bae suzy etc.
