Is it necessary for them to turn all the ML hair white at the end of the day in xianxia.. this is the 5th one I’ve seen after Di Jun.. omo omo omo.. hahaha! And oops 2nd time a ML sacrifies himself to save ZLS and got a head of all whitezzz….. lols!
Abit of ranting here.. lol.. thou I’m in a split watching this happening all over again.. I was very excited when I chance upon this drama, I’ve always like xianxia especially with spirits, monsters, strong woman and tough characters. FL was pretty and powerful eliminating the evils for the commoners… then came ep8.. she was as strong as until she falls in love.. she became stupid, stuck with jealousy and incompetence, she even fails to detect the evil spirit that flew away in her face during her mission when she gets all annoyed and jealous. Aigooo why like that… I get that she likes the ML but than why does she need to goes head over heels to curry favor the ML when she was so called a high deity of three realms… I can’t bring myself to see her doing all those stupid act and skipped most of the part just zooming into the evil eliminating actions and when she was acting normal.. haha!
Sori for ranting but am not sure why all strong FL became such when they start to fall in love, they should keep their character/attitude intact at least! c-drama needs to better script-write that in these FL characters…. Poor SML I think we are in the same page.. lol! Vacillating to drop this but than think I will try to continue to the end since m in ep12 and I like the storyline so much it’s hard to come across this kinda drama…..

Yea, it was a pleasant surprise, is pretty good. But tour right that there are some editing missing out/cut. Do you know or Can someone tell me if they have not explained if the ML actually met/know the FL way before she first met him as a courtesan in jiaofang? She asked him in ep 4 2:15 if they have met before she see him the first time in the jiaofang court. After that there was no explanation on that at all, we only know he ask the emperor for her hand after coming back on victory, but why….? Did I missed out smthing.. :(

U can imagine me looking at her expression with my eyes 3/4 shut, leaving some space for the next screenshot..lol I drop that show after few episodes. And am not sure if u concur that unlike Korean drama, c-drama tend to have loud ost/music interval when the leads were talking.. I’m so engrossed halfway than came this loud music “wait a min” I can’t hear what they are mumbling about, I have to turn up the volume and turn down again.. it’s all covered by the loud music/song.. haha. Korean drama dun frequent such and it’s softer, we can feel the 🎵 blending into the atmosphere at the same time meaningful.. I mean just don’t overdo it and shadowing the atmosphere/convo…. lmao!

I know right.. no matter how bad the script or editing was to be, She could still portray the character so well as the FL role.. hope we could see more of these FL character which won’t make us vomit blood every time they were in their perspective. Lol! Also more importantly I hope a happy ending in this one after all the 1st and support leads have been thru!
Agree with @Quicksand. FL does not have the acting skills set of more creditable actors. She has those dead eyes…

Not that I dislike other FL or exclusively like her, but always feels they are not into it or missing something like the kind of heroine glam.. lol
