I wouldn't say his mom was evil, but was definitely neglectful. She pursued happiness in exchange of her children. She didn't bother to understand their feelings, caused detachment issues in their adult self. Indeed, she was selfish.
Maybe this is the first time I'm seeing a perfect representation of a introvert in Wine. His listening ability and comforting nature worked like a therapy to Faifa. The way he understood his boundaries and little by little made space to let Faifa be comfortable in his presence was phenomenal. Opening up to Wine was difficult but he felt assured that it was him. Truly, Wine is Faifa's safe space β€οΈ
The meandering of twists and turns are killing me. My lost jaw is on the floor, someone please collect it. πΆ
Currently my brain is showing 404 Error!
After My Cherie Amour, my interest towards lakorns is growing and I've been seeing "Dhevaprom" in various recommendations. But I was confused which one to watch first. Your article made it a lot easier to understand. It's the first time I'm reading a thai editorial, it was such a delight. Would love to see various genre breakdown articles in Thai and Filipino dramas.
Feel free to recommend me thai lakorns! βΊοΈ
FaifaWine will be the death of me πβ€οΈβπ₯
No worries! You'll catch up soon π½β¨
Nice article bunny! β¨
Btw nice article! β¨
As an introvert myself I realized he acted just an disheartened overthinking introvert would. Somehow Faifa helped him restore his true self. His happy smile, initiated caring gesture towards Faifa was very natural. Don't forget his character is an introvert and not a unnatural portrayal of being one. He did not shy away from making his decisions and expressing his feelings. It took courage and Mark expressed it beautifully.
I think you can drop it if you don't like it but give them a chance, cuz I think they did a good job as actors.
Because THE BEST WAS KEPT FOR THE LAST ππβ¨
In this single episode JuniorMark just proved again, that their chemistry is enough to carry a series as MLs on their shoulders.
Wine's gloomy, moody, demotivated, depressed phase is gone. He's more talkative, caring and happy again. So Mark is doing a great job portraying that duality. He's an introvert but inside he's a crazy romantist π«ΆπΈ
If you're wondering, who is Wine?
He's a reserved yet confident, caring, honest and straightforward introvert who takes responsibility of his actions.
If you understand these, you'll understand him.
Wanted to punch him then and then! π€¨
I've been waiting for My lovelies π₯Ήβ€οΈ
