Oh Jin shim is her real name which he got to know from her biography that he searched online before she joins and Oh Jin Shim means "Lack of sincerity" maybe that's why she changed her name to Oh yeon soo

Ok thanks for summarizing my exact thoughts The two main leads ,despite of being the most cliched kdrama characters, have certain uniqueness to them like Yeon Soo is Naive and stupid but she wants to do her best and not full of herself like how such characters are usually portrayed And Jung Ruk, on the other hand,is cold but not arrogant. I was actually expecting him to scold her harshly when she had messed up with his desk but he didn't :)
