It's actually his 2nd main lead role to be precise.
IKR! He actually did a great job in his first ML role (sh**ting stars) And the ML of the webtoon (which he's playing now) looks exactly like him. So, I guess he's really well casted.
I don't think there was anything wrong with her acting, personally, but you make a good point in terms of how…
Yes, I agree. While that's the aim of the makers to show how PRs/Managers work, We really didn't get to see much of their real struggles. Maybe that's why many couldn't connect much to their characters.
Although this isn't ground breaking it is such a sweet watch. This drama leaves with you all the warm and fuzzies…
I agree with your comment regarding "Starforce". But sadly Agency like starforce is still non existent in Korea. This drama glorified people who cleans up the actors mess but why an actor dating or having his own personal life is considered a mess? When will people realize that they should stop having such unrealistic expectations from their idols?
I get why there's so much complaint around LSK's acting here but I think it's mainly because of the way Hanbyul is written. If you remove the "PR title" from her, we didn't get to see much of her as a person. Just like GTS, we were all clueless about her family or the issues she faces as a character. Though that was the aim of this drama, but unfortunately in the end her character lacked depth as a main character.
The prophecy made no sense. The King's son will become King in the future. Duh? Isn't the throne usually passed…
Actually he didn't think that he was an immortal but a Shaman told him that the baby who is born in Nov 17 will kill him and take over his throne. And it happened to be his son so he thought his son will eventually kill him and take over his throne but it turns out that his nephew was born in the same day as well and in the end he killed the king and took over the throne.
The last ost "Won't give you up" is really nice to hear. It's a shame that they didn't get to use it more in the drama. It's mainly from Hanbyul's pov but we barely got any scenes from Hanbyul's pov.
It does not. Because he never left any note behind.
Actually they didn't give any explanation because even in real life we don't know what was the person actually thinking or going through before taking that decision. He had issues with his family, his birth secret was released, he got his first lead role but people wanted Taesung in that role etc., I mean it could've been anything that pushed him to that point. But no one knows the exact reason.
I just have a small confusion here In Ep. 15, Taesung guessed Hanbyul's blood group as O and she agreed to it but in his diary he wrote her blood type as B.

I still lowkey ship them though π
